The variety of terrain in Oxapampa is immense. The geography and variety of heights, locations, etc., give this town areas of jungle (native forests), grasslands, reforestation forests (mainly pine, eucalyptus), hills, ravines, river areas, caves, waterfalls and much more. plus.
Being located in the eastern part of the Andes Mountains, we have water throughout the year to keep the pastures green. It is important to see the location of the land in Oxapampa since some can be found between hills, which means that the land has fewer hours of sunlight during the day (not ideal). The Oxapampa Condominium has a privileged location since it is located in a north-south direction, without hills to the east or west, allowing the greatest number of hours of direct sunlight per day. In addition, we are looking at the San Cristobal Valley, which gives greater breadth to the view from the Condominium.
The land in Oxapampa, Peru of the Condominium, is located at Km. 8 of the Chontabamba to Tingo Highway. It is the same road that forms the ring road between Chontabamba and Oxapampa since it has accesses on both banks of the Chontabamba River, which becomes the Oxapampa River (which continues down to Huancabamba, Pozuzo, etc. The land for sale in Oxapampa Chontabamba and the condominium itself are located at the pink dot in the following image (pink with the Condominium icon in black).
From the Plaza de Oxapampa towards Chontabamba and towards the Oxapampa Chontabamba Condominium with Land for sale, we pass through the urban area, around the Plaza Oxapampa and halfway to Chontabamba. The second half and from Chontabamba to Km. 8 (towards the town called Tingo), we pass through pastures for cattle.
As can be seen in the previous map, the land in Oxapampa has flat areas and mountainous areas (or zeros). As you can see in the area where the text "Hacia Pozuzo ----->" is, that area is a steep hill. Land is probably much cheaper there since it is almost inaccessible. The closer it is to the main river, we believe that it will generate more land value in Oxapampa in the future.

This is a typical view of the grasslands and hills in the area. As can be seen, the land in Oxapampa is typically flat (for pasture) and hilly for native forests or eventual reforestation.
