2014: purchase of the land
During 2013 and 2014 we started looking for the ideal land. We pass through areas of hills (far from the river), areas between ravines with little daily sunlight (a lot of shade), terrain with stone bottoms, impressive but almost inaccessible terrain.
The recommendation of our partner Alvaro, who studied agroforestry engineering and has been dedicated for more than 15 years to the management of farms, reforestation and nature conservation, was that the neighborhood was key, ideally it should have access to water and have an ideal geography for our plans.
After months of face-to-face searching, we found the land. The complete land acquired is 8.7 ha total, of which the first 3 ha (from the road to the hill), will be allocated to the Condominium. It meets all the recommendations and, in addition, it is located in an ideal neighborhood. Lots of outdoor space (no mountains) as it is located at the junction of two large valleys.

2015: Land Management
Initially, the reforestation lands were for cattle and jungle
A channel of water was created so that the water is channeled and goes down to the river.
Soil studies were carried out
A tunnel for the water channel was created under the road.
2016 y 2017: trails
Trout 🐟 . Our creek is formed and channels from the native forest of the hill commas and descends towards the flat area free of human contact. The water is oxygenated, drops to a cold temperature as it flows through the shadows of the forest and has a minimum flow in the dry season that allows trout breeding. More than 10,000 trout 🐟 were raised in rounds of 2,000 trout each. It was a success and proves that the quality of the water is high.
Hens 🐓 we started breeding with 50 hens and then they grew to 100. Laying hens that lay between 40 and 60 eggs a day. Chickens that are outdoors all day.
Ducks 🦆, over 100
Bees 🐝 for honey 🍯 and pollen.
Greenhouse (hydroponics system with tomatoes, lettuce, strawberries, etc.)

2021: Condominum and Club House Designs
Do we design a condominium in such a way that we do not restrict the creativity and imagination of the owners when thinking about their country house?
After months thinking about a solution, we decided:
1. A minimum of 50% of the land area must be maintained as a natural or common area.
2. Some fixed areas (such as accesses, roads, club house, etc.) will be assigned and the rest will be created according to the location of the land sold.
3. Minimum sales area 100m2. Price per m2 $100.
2022: Web Page roll-out and begining of sales
Status in November 7th, 2022: 2,000 m2 sold (14%) + 200m2 in sales process.
