We believe that the areas and locations of each lot for sale should be at the owner's discretion. For example, what would happen if we define the location of a lot and the owner would have preferred that it be 20 meters closer to the Club House, or the river, or the hill.
It's a condominium, not an urbanization
Because our project is a condominium, and not an urbanization, the planning is different. For example, an urbanization needs facilities such as tracks, sidewalks, public lighting, among others. In our case, the Oxapampa Condominium is about being immersed in nature. Despite the fact that we are going to have roads for pedestrians and cars, we are waiting for the locations of the new owners to continue to be defined to finish the road works and access to each property.
Why is the minimum size of a lot of 100 m2
We consider that 100m2 of land is enough to build a cabin or a two-story house with 3 bedrooms. Considering also that the owners will have access to the other 15,000 m2 of common spaces, in addition to having the facilities of the Club House, 100m2 is a very practical and efficient size.
Consider the following photos of a small house in a location very similar to our land for sale in Oxapampa. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, terrace, kitchen, dining room, etc.
Lots by groups: friends and family
Another advantage of not having defined the location and footage of the Condominium land for sale is that you can buy an area of land, for example, 400m2 between 4 families. Then these families can build a bungalow each. They can be rented together or separately. Also, if any of the families want to have guests, they can coordinate with the other owners for this.
Consider the following photos of a bungalow construction in a defined area:
